Refund policy

At Trend Theory, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Include proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. A 30-day return window is a common ecommerce practice and can be configured through Shopify’s return settings.  

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Health, beauty, or personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • We shipped the wrong item

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Exchanges

At this time, Trend Theory does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
